SPD Homicide detectives are investigating after a 55-year-old man was found dead in a small encampment underneath Interstate 5.
Just after noon today, a passerby spotted the man down on the ground underneath I-5 near College Street and called 911.
Medics and police arrived and found the man deceased at the scene.
