Today a representative from the National Guard came to the headquarters and presented Sgt. Jessica Taylor the Patriot Award. Sgt. Taylor was nominated for the Patriot Award by Officer Gabriel Ladd, who is also a member of the National Guard. The Patriot Award recognizes supervisors who demonstrate outstanding support of Soldiers in the National Guard. We are honored to have Sgt. Taylor and all the officers who also serve in the Armed Forces working with us at the Seattle Police Department.
