Police arrested a masked man near Queen Anne early this morning after officers spotted him and a second suspect kicking in the door of a gas station.
Around 1 AM, officers were in a parking lot in the 1800 block of 15th Avenue West when they spotted two men, both dressed in dark clothing, kicking and throwing things at the glass door of the gas station.
Officers activated their patrol cars’ lights and drove up to the suspects, who took off running.
Police caught up to one of the suspects behind a nearby car wash and took him into custody.
Officers booked the 21-year-old man into the King County Jail for burglary. Police are still searching for the second suspect.
