Seattle police arrested 16 people on Monday and recovered $1,700 in stolen goods during an operation targeting retail theft at a downtown store.
West Precinct bike patrol officers conducted the operation at the 2nd Avenue business, which has been the site of previous SPD anti-retail-theft efforts.
Officers continue to work with businesses in the downtown core to deter crime and ensure the safety of employees.
