Officers found a stolen car that was being tracked by a satellite radio company and found the occupants in possession of a stolen handgun and narcotics.
Officers were asked to search the 10500 block of Roosevelt Way Northeast for a stolen car that was being tracked by its satellite radio at 9:20 pm Thursday.
Officers found the Toyota Corolla occupied by two people who they took into custody without incident. Police searched the car and found a stolen .40 caliber handgun, over 490 grams of methamphetamine, 190 grams of heroin, 55 grams of cocaine, and hundreds of prescription pills.
Police booked the 36-year-old woman and 41-year-old man into King County Jail.
Detectives with the Major Crimes Unit will continue to investigate as the case moves forward.
