The exterior of the West Precinct, located at 8th Avenue and Virginia Street, was tagged multiple times by unknown persons as a large demonstration took place in front of the building on Friday night.
A large group of demonstrators have been protesting in front of the precinct for several nights in a row. On Friday evening, just before 9:00 PM, a large group assembled in front of the precinct for protesting. A short time later, someone reported seeing a number of individuals spray painting on the walls of the building.
The incident was documented and a cleaning of the building is scheduled.
