On 8-27-2020 at 1954 hours, East radio began receiving calls of shots fired in a well known parking lot near 23 Av S and S Jackson St. Officers arrived on scene and located numerous community members and vehicles leaving the area. Evidence was located so the lot was secured for processing. It appears from evidence there was at least four shooters in different areas of the lot. There was broken glass from vehicles and other evidence. One seemingly uninvolved subject arrived at Harborview Medical Center shortly after the scene was secure. That subject had a non-life-threatening grazing wound from a bullet. One subject in a nearby second floor apartment, watching the scene unfold, was injured from glass fragments as a bullet entered her window. She was treated by fire in her unit.
