#2020-252381/North Precinct/First Watch:
On 08-28-2020 at 1041 hours, an unknown male entered the bank and produced a large silver revolver to the employee who greeted him at the southwest door connected to the parking garage. The suspect pointed the gun at the victim and walked him behind the teller window and demanded money. The suspect began yelling at the tellers to “hurry up” and fired his gun into the ceiling. The suspect was very apologetic during the robbery continually saying, “Sorry for the trouble…I’m sorry but I have to do this.” The suspect left through the same door and was seen walking east on NE 47th Street. Responding officers were unable to locate the suspect.
#2020-252942/South Precinct/Third Watch:
On 8-28-2020 at 2250 hours, officers were dispatched to a report of approx. 18 shots heard in the vicinity of Rainier Av S and Sturtevant Av S. Officers arrived and located no victims and no property damage. Patrol officers processed the scene.
#2020-252971/West Precinct/Third Watch:
On 8-28-2020 at 2338 hours, officers responded to a property damage call in upper Queen Anne. A single shot was fired from an unknown location that struck the second floor of an occupied house. The round struck the house and went through 2 rooms, damaging property inside the house. No injuries to any of the occupants occurred.
