#2021-34901/Southwest Precinct/Second Watch:

On 02-10-2021 at 1914 hours, officers responded to a report of a collision at Delridge Way SW/SW Alaska St. This collision was the culmination of multiple criminal acts over the past few days targeting employees of a coffee stand in the Southwest Precinct. On Sunday this suspect began by attempting to solicit sex acts from the involved coffee stand employee. The advances were declined, and the suspect attempted to force his way inside unsuccessfully. He fled and was not located that day #21-32315. Today the suspect attempted the same request at the same stand with a different employee. When she also refused, he grew irate and again tried to force his way into the stand after being refused sex acts, for which he was offering money, terrifying the employee trapped inside. Officers responded to the area and the suspect eluded any attempts to stop. The suspect continued to circle the neighborhood throughout the day, avoiding SPD in the area, causing further grief to the victim employee. The later report of the collision was broadcast, and officers immediately got the information out that it was the suspect involved in the earlier burglary and that the driver was the suspect being sought. Officers responded immediately and found that the suspect had been involved in a collision with multiple vehicles and a business. The suspect was taken into custody without incident. The suspect was booked into the King County Jail for Investigation of Burglary, Eluding, DUI and requests for Solicitation and Assault.
