#2021-065881/North Precinct/Third Watch:

On 03-17-2021 at 2357 hours, a female victim called 911, stating that 3 hours ago, two of her neighbors threatened bodily harm toward her. Officers learned that the victim and the two neighbors, from separate apartments, had a verbal conflict earlier in the day, but the victim thought that everything had been resolved. Several hours later the victim went outside her apartment complex to smoke a cigarette with her husband when the same two neighbors, sitting in a car across the street, began glaring at her. The victim asked the two neighbors if everything was ok? The two neighbors jumped out of the car, charged at the victim while stating that they were going to harm the victim because of her race. The husband was able to intervene, and the victim ran into the apartment complex before anything got physical. Officers attempted to contact the two neighbors, but efforts were negative.
