A 35-year-old man was wounded in a shooting in Georgetown late Sunday after he became involved in a confrontation with two men at a gas station.
Around 11:20 PM, police responded to 3rd Avenue South and South Lucille Street for a report of a shooting. At the scene, they found the victim, who had gunshot wounds to his hands and feet.
The man told officers he got into an altercation with two men at a nearby gas station and walked away. When the men followed him, he said, he pulled out a collapsible baton and was shot. The victim did not provide a description of the two suspects.
