#2021-144444/Southwest Precinct/First Watch:
On 06-11-2021 @ 0712 hours, a male told the complainant that he was going to kill himself by jumping off the bridge into the water. The complainant called 911, and officers attempted to contact the subject at Terminal 18 Park which is located at Klickitat Ave SW/W Spokane PL. As soon as the subject saw SPD, he jumped in the Duwamish River. Harbor and Seattle Fire boats were requested. After an extended period, the subject complied with SPD patrol officers and SFD. The subject was recovered from the water. SFD medically checked the subject. Port of Seattle PD arrived, and took primary on the incident. The subject was transported to the hospital.

On 06-11-2021 at 0953 hours, officers responded to a report of a robbery in the 4400 Block of 4 Av S. Officers learned that the suspect somehow came into possession of the victim’s phone after riding on a metro coach. When the victim saw the suspect with the phone, she confronted him, at which time the suspect displayed two knives and made threatening comments. The suspect was located and booked into the King County Jail for Felony Harassment. The victim’s cell phone was recovered. Both knives used in the crime were recovered.
