#2021-155049/East Precinct/First Watch:

On 06-22-2021 at 0606 hours, officers responded to a call reporting a male was refusing to leave the grounds of Seattle Central College. Updates stated the suspect then armed himself with 2 fix blade knives and charged at the security officers and threatened to kill them. This act caused them to fear for their lives. Officers formed a contact team and located the suspect one block away from the campus. Officers were able to take the non-compliant suspect into custody without incident and located two 6-8-inch fix blade knives in his front pocket. The suspect was booked into the King County Jail for investigation of harassment.

#2021-155341/North Precinct/Second Watch:

On 06-22-2021 at 1230 hours, officers were dispatched to a call involving a vehicle that had run into a tree while being shot at multiple times by the occupants of another vehicle, possibly a black Volkswagon, which was said to be chasing it. The victim vehicle came to rest facing northbound in the 140 hundred block of 15 Av NE, where both the driver and passenger suffered collision related injuries but were not shot. Seattle Fire responded to screen injuries and both driver and passenger were taken via Medic One to Harborview Medical Center. This investigation is ongoing. The suspect(s) and their vehicle fled the scene and are still outstanding.

#2021-155545/East Precinct/Second Watch:

On 06-22-2021 at 1644 hours, officers responded to an armed robbery. The victim reported 3 suspects entered his office and demanded money from him, 1 of the suspects was armed with a black 9mm handgun. The victim refused to give the suspects any money and instead began calling 911. The suspects grabbed the victim’s leather work bag and fled the scene. Containment was established. K-9 responded and attempted to track the suspects but was unable to get a clean track.

#2021-155701/East Precinct/Second Watch:

On 06-22-2021 at 1724 hours, there was a 911 report of a male banging on doors yelling to be let in near the 700 block of Belmont Av E. The suspect was confronted by an apartment manager and a scuffle ensued. The manager separated himself from the suspect and the suspect began a spree of property destruction to include a USPS vehicle and several apartment windows. Officers arrived and observed the suspect with a significant laceration on his left arm from destroying windows. Officers treated the arterial bleed with a tourniquet and requested Seattle Fire. Officers established probable cause to arrest for malicious mischief. The suspect was transported to Harborview Medical Center for treatment where he intentionally spit in an officer’s face. The officer was treated by HMC staff, and it was not deemed an exposure. At the time of this SIR the suspect was under hospital guard for the assault on an officer and the malicious mischief.

#2021-155799/South Precinct/Third Watch:

On 06-22-2021 at 2209 hours, a suspect entered a gas station and robbed the teller at gun point of approximately $500 in cash. The suspect fled on foot. Patrol set up containment. K9 performed a track. Guardian 1 was en route but diverted to assist another agency on a homicide. The track was negative. Patrol processed the scene.
