#2021-179059/East Precinct/Third Watch:

On 07-15-2021 at 0241 hours, officer responded to disturbance in front of 1505 11 Ave. Officers arrived and it was initially thought to be a DV assault. A male was seen fleeing the scene as officer arrived. He was located nearby hiding under a vehicle shirtless, sweating profusely, with a skinned knee. He was briefly detained until it was learned that he and his girlfriend were robbed after leaving a nearby club. The male was released from where he was contacted. He did not wish to speak to officers and left the area. The female victim reported that as they were getting to her vehicle another vehicle with a group of 4-5 suspects arrived. The suspects requested their personal belongings and the victims initially declined. The male victim reported there was a handgun displayed and he handed over his personal effects. The suspects then requested their effects from the vehicle and a fight ensued leaving both victims injured. Robbery was notified via email.

#2021-179357/East Precinct/Second Watch:

On 07-15-2021 at 1200 hours, officers responded to a report of multiple persons breaking into and trespassing at a vacant commercial building. Officers arrived on scene and cleared the building finding the subject inside. The subject was placed under arrest for Criminal Trespass. The subject gave the officers a false name that did not exist. Another officer recognized the subject from a previous burglary incident and was able to identify him correctly. When the subject was identified by the officer, he became angry and spit on the officer. The subject was subsequently booked into King County Jail for Investigation of Assault on an Officer. A Hazard Report was written.

#2021-179737/West Precinct/Second Watch:

On 07-15-2021 at 1823 hours, officers responded to the area of Courthouse Park for a report of a stabbing. Officers arrived and found a male stabbed in his back and cut on his arm. The injuries were possibly life threatening. Witnesses refused to cooperate. There was not any suspect description provided. Homicide was notified.

#2021-247858/West Precinct/Third Watch:

On 07-15-2021 a bulletin was sent out by regarding probable cause to arrest a subject for Assault 1. This subject was known to frequent City Hall Park. An officer located the subject inside City Hall Park. Officers responded, observed the subject outside of his tent and came up with a contact plan. As officers initiated Phase 1 of their plan, they observed the subject riding away on a bicycle. So, they formed a new plan and arrested the subject without incident.
