On 10-15-2021 at 0637 hours, Port of Seattle was out earlier at pier 46 for this person but was unable to locate him. Subject turned up at a private but not secure parking lot, naked armed with a piece of rebar. Struck two car windshields, broke two door windows, and went down a barnacle-covered ladder into the Puget Sound. SPD was called and located the subject on the ladder. Subject taken to Harborview Medical Center (HMC) for follow up treatment for his apparent chemical induced behavior. Subject to be booked to King County Jail for Investigation of Malicious Mischief upon his release from HMC.
