Police Arrest Juvenile with Stolen Gun, Narcotics Downtown

Police arrested a 17-year-old suspect carrying a stolen handgun on Friday afternoon after they saw him dealing drugs Downtown.

At 12:50 p.m., bike officers on patrol in the 1500 block of 3rd Avenue witnessed a male suspect selling narcotics. They arrested him and discovered he was carrying a handgun that was registered as stolen from Northeast Seattle. Police also recovered $870 cash, a small amount of methamphetamine, approximately 6 grams of fentanyl pills, and 18 grams of suspected powdered fentanyl from the 17-year-old suspect.

Police booked the juvenile into the King County Children and Family Justice Center for possession of narcotics with intent to distribute, possession of a stolen firearm, and unlawful possession of a firearm.
