 #2022-119955/North Precinct/First WatchOn 05-13-2022, at 923 HRS, Officers responded to a tow lot in the North Precinct area regarding a subject prowling an RV in a secured lot. When employees confronted the subject, he brandished a knife and attempted to leave the area. As the first officer arrived, the suspect fled on foot into the office of the tow lot, with the employees yelling that he had a knife. Officers took the suspect into custody without further incident. The subject had previously been trespassed from the same business a short time ago. Officers booked the man into the King County Jail for burglary.
#2022-119710/North Precinct/Third WatchOn 05-13-22 The suspect entered a gas station in the 11700 block of Lake City Way, brandished a semi-automatic handgun and ordered two customers to get on the ground. The suspect pistol-whipped the male customer in the head multiple times, causing him to lose consciousness, and threatened to kill the female customer. The suspect then threatened to kill the clerk before suspect took all the cash from the till. The suspect then pistol whipped the clerk in the head multiple times. The suspect fled the gas station in an unknown direction. Patrol responded, set up containment and conducted a K9 track, but were unable to find the suspect. Both male victims transported to Harborview Medical Center via private ambulance for their injuries. Robbery detectives are investigating.
#2022-119494/Southwest Precinct/Second WatchOn 05-12-2022 officers responded to report of a man assault a second man with a baseball bat in the 2600 block of Harbor Avenue Southwest. Officers arrived and located the victim, who was visiting a friend in a homeless encampment, when the suspect approached and make confrontational statements to the victim. The suspect then armed himself with a baseball bat and struck the victim in the legs before fleeing in a vehicle.
#2022-119399/North Precinct/Second Watch On 05-12-2022 at 1659 hours, officers were dispatched to the 500 block of Northeast Northgate Way for a reported carjacking. Officers arrived in the area and located the victim, a restaurant delivery driver. The victim stated he pulled his car out of a parking lot and noticed he had forgotten a soda. He parked his car and ran inside of the store and got the soda, and retuned to see his vehicle driving away. The victim stood in front of his own vehicle, driven by the suspect, attempting to prevent him from leaving. The suspect inched the vehicle towards him, leading the victim to move out of the way. The suspect then drove away, but quickly became stuck on the median in the road. As the suspect exited the stolen vehicle, several bystanders attempted to detain him. The suspect then stated he had gun. Witnesses let go of the suspect, who fled the scene. Officers conducted an extensive search for the suspect but were unable to locate him. 
#2022-119334/Southwest Precinct/Second WatchOn 05-12-2022 at 1549 hours, officers responded to California Avenue Southwest and Southwest Andover Street for a report of gunfire. Officers contacted witnesses and viewed video footage from a local business where this incident took place. The investigation revealed that three vehicles were parked at this location when a truck arrived for fuel. When the truck was leaving, one of the three vehicles backed into the truck, leading the driver of the truck to confront the other motorist. Police learned the three original vehicles moved to the alley behind the store and were followed by the driver in the truck. The driver of the truck told a witness one of the other drivers had shot at him. He then left the area without waiting for police. Police found evidence of gunfire in the area, but no victims or damage.
