#2022-327528/South Precinct/Third Watch:
On 12-07-2022 at 2031 hours, officers responded to a report of 3 shots heard from Seward Park. Officers responded and located evidence of a shooting in the roadway of the upper loop on the south side of the park next to the picnic area. No property damage or victims were located. Officers collected evidence and GRVU was notified of the incident.
#2022-327575/South Precinct/Third Watch:
At 2142 hours, officers responded to a report of shots fired in the 3600 block of S Lucile St. Officers located bullet damage on two residences and located the shooting scene just west of MLK and S Brandon St, where additional bullet damage was located on two vehicles and some trash cans. GVRU detectives responded and assisted with processing the scene and collecting evidence. There were no witnesses and no reported injuries. GVRU will handle follow-up.
#2022-327594/West Precinct/Third Watch:
At 2210 hours, officers responded to 913 S Jackson St to a report of shots fired. Officers located three bullet holes through the front lobby glass of the business. No victims were located, and no one witnessed the shooting.
