#2023-003394/West Precinct/Second Watch:
On 01-04-2023 at 1237 hours, officers responded to a welfare check at a hotel located on 4th/Olive way. The incident evolved into a trespass follow-up to incident # 2023-2505 which escalated into a harassment with a barricaded suspect. CRT/HNT & SWAT responded. The suspect was later arrested and booked into KCJ without incident.

On 01-04-2022 at 2104 hours, officers were dispatched to a shooting call off Rainier Ave S. Officers arrived and located evidence of a shooting in a parking lot but no victims, suspects, or property damage.
