#2023-005156/Southwest Precinct/First Watch:
On 01-06-2023 at 0850 hours, a suspect walked into a Walgreens in the 9400 block of 16 Ave SW. The suspect began putting items into her bag. The store manager confronted the suspect and took her picture. The suspect punched the store manager and left the store with the items. Officers conducted an area search for the suspect, but she wasn’t located.
#2022-005464/West Precinct/Second Watch:
At 1544 hours, a suspect attempted a street robbery of a victim’s vehicle and phone but was unsuccessful (23-5464). Suspect later stole from business (23-5464), of which he was a former employee. Officers determined it was the same suspect, he was located in Belltown, and resisted arrest. Type 2 Use of Force. Suspect displayed signs of impairment from potential narcotics use. Seattle Fire responded to treat. Suspect was treated at hospital before being booked for attempted robbery. Suspect also had SMC warrant.
