At 1211 hours, officers were dispatched to a trespass complaint at a local coffee shop. The female suspect has been trespassing in the shop for several hours despite the shop owner requesting her to leave multiple times throughout the morning. Upon arrival, officers provided the suspect a formal trespass warning per the request of the shop owner. Officers then provided the suspect numerous opportunities to leave voluntarily but the suspect refused to leave the shop. After all reasonable attempts to have the suspect leave voluntarily had failed, officers arrested the suspect for trespass. During the arrest, the suspect kicked the two arresting officers in their legs. The officers were not injured.
