Robbery at Gunpoint in Atlantic Neighborhood 

Seattle Police responded to a man robbed at gunpoint Sunday evening in the Atlantic neighborhood. 

Officers arrived just after 09:30 p.m. near the intersection of 23rd Avenue South and South Plum Street and spoke with a man who noticed a suspicious looking man walking by his car. When the 42-year-old male victim exited his vehicle, the unknown man pointed a gun at his face and demanded the victim hand over his wallet. 

When the victim refused, the suspect fired off a round. After obtaining the victim’s wallet, the suspect left heading westbound on South Plum Street towards Rainier Avenue South.  

The male suspect was described to be 5’8”- 5’10”, wearing a gray flannel jacket, a gray hoodie, dark jeans, and a black ski mask over his face.  

Officers were not able to locate the suspect.
