Seattle police located and arrested a female suspected of breaking into several businesses in Capitol Hill Thursday night.
Shortly before midnight, officers were dispatched to an alarm call in the 2900 block of E. Madison when they found evidence of forced entry to multiple storefronts.
Additional officers arrived on scene and collected evidence. Multiple business owners provided police with surveillance footage of a female suspect forcing entry into the buildings and rifling through the interiors.
Officers located the 23-year-old suspect and took her into custody.
The suspect was booked into King County Jail for burglary, malicious mischief, and possession of stolen property.
