#2023-163616/West Precinct/Third Watch:
On 6-12-2023 at 1707 hours, officers responded to what was initially a harassment call. After further investigation, it was determined a hate crime had occurred. Officers attempted to contact the suspect at his residence without success.

At 2034 hours, officers responded to an arson inside an apartment building. While SFD handled the fire, officers contacted the suspect who was in a state of crisis. The suspect was transported to a local hospital via ambulance for further evaluation.
