#2023-178000/East Precinct/Third Watch:
On 6-26-2023 at 0136 hours, callers reported seeing a suspect fire a gun from a vehicle following a disturbance near East Pike Street and Broadway. Officers located and collected evidence of a shooting in the street.
#2023-178022/North Precinct/Third Watch:
At 0246 hours, officers responded to a report of a stabbing in the 12300 block of Lake City Way NE. Officers located a juvenile male who was robbed by four suspects and assaulted with a knife while riding his bicycle. The victim was transported via private ambulance to a local hospital.
#2023-178042/South Precinct/Third Watch:
At 0330 hours, officers responded to a home invasion robbery after an unknown number of suspects forced entry a residence. The suspects were met by the residents who were armed and exchanged gunfire. The suspects were gone by time officers arrived and were not located.
#2023-178050/East Precinct/First Watch:
At 0347 hours, a shooting victim was dropped off at Swedish First Hill with several gunshot injuries. No other information was given by the victim who has since been taken to HMC in stable condition.
#2023-178396/West Precinct/Second Watch:
At 1130 hours, officers responded to an assault and located a victim with significant injuries sustained during the incident. Officers located and contacted the suspect about a block away. The suspect assaulted an officer while being taken into custody. Police booked the suspect into KCJ for felony assault; the officer was not injured.
#2023-178667/South Precinct/Second Watch:
At 1530 hours, police were called to a grocery store after a subject assaulted employees and the manager while shoplifting. Officers arrived and arrested the suspect who then kicked the arresting officers. The officers had minor abrasions from the assault; the suspect was booked into YSC for investigation of robbery and assault.
#2023-179115/West Precinct/Third Watch:
At 2354 hours, officers responded to the area of 12th Avenue S and S Jackson Street for reports of shots fired. Police found and collected evidence of a shooting. No victims, suspects, or property damage was located.
