#2023-264210/West Precinct/First Watch:

At 0552 hours in the 4300 block of Southwest Admiral Way, three suspects walked in a convenience store wearing masks and gloves. One of the suspects pointed a firearm at the clerk. The suspects grabbed money from the cash register and took tobacco products. The third suspect stayed at the door and was the lookout. The suspects fled the scene in a gray Hyundai sedan northbound on California Ave Southwest. The suspects weren’t located. Robbery Unit is handling the investigation.

#2023-264311/South Precinct/First Watch:

At 0818 hours, on Beacon Avenue South and South Bayview Street officers responded to a report of male down and possibly deceased. Officers arrived on scene and discovered that two male subjects were down and deceased. Seattle Fire Department responded to the scene and confirmed both subjects were deceased. An investigation was conducted and at this time no signs of foul play were discovered. The King County Medical Examiner Office responded and will be handing the investigation.

#2023-264901/North Precinct/Second Watch:

At 1816 hours, in the 7400 block of Roosevelt Way Northeast a loss prevention had a shoplifting suspect in custody who then attacked staff and escaped. She was identified by property left behind in the store, and officers took her into custody a few blocks away. Loss prevention positively identified the suspect at a show-up. The suspect was taken into custody for investigation of assault.

#2023-264893/Southwest Precinct/Second Watch:

At 1811 hours, in the 4000 block of California Avenue Southwest officers responded a robbery. The victim reported that suspect entered the store, took a beer, and left without paying. The victim exited the store with a metal rod and confronted the suspect. The suspect punched the victim knocking him to the ground and took the metal rod. The suspect left the area on foot with the stolen merchandise. Officers located suspect with metal rod and placed him into custody without incident. He was transported to King County Jail for investigation of robbery. The Robbery Unit will be handling the investigation.
