#2023-314211/North Precinct/Third Watch:
On 11-27-2023, at 00:00hrs, officers were dispatched to a home invasion robbery in the 12700 block of 37th Avenue Northeast. The victim was located inside his home when three unknown males armed with handguns forced entry into the residence. The suspects struck the victim in the head multiple times causing serious injuries. The suspects stole several items included jewelry and the victim’s car keys and were last seen fleeing the scene in the victim’s vehicle.
#2023-341377/West Precinct/First Watch:
At 06:53hrs, a single gunshot was heard outside in the 2110 block of 3rd Avenue. Police may have identified the suspect involved in this incident. Officers completed an area check but the suspect or evidence of the shooting were not located.
#2023-341684/East Precinct/Second Watch:
At 12:47hrs, officers responded to a call for a suspicious package in the 1500 block of East Pike Street. Officers arrived on scene and determined the package to be safe. The letters and package were placed into evidence.
#2023-341845/North Precinct/Second Watch:
At 15:30hrs, North Patrol officers responded to the 4700 block of 17th Avenue Northeast for a report of suspicious envelopes received in the mail. ABS was notified and the envelopes were collected for evidence.
#2023-341915/East Precinct/Second Watch:
At 17:04hrs, officers responded to a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of 23rd Avenue East and East Madison Street. It appears a pedestrian attempted to cross 23rd Avenue and was struck by a vehicle going northbound. The driver and witness stopped to call for aid and the pedestrian was transported by Medic One with life-threatening injuries to Harborview Medical Center.
#2023-342044/South Precinct/Third Watch:
At 20:00hrs, officers were dispatched to a robbery call in SODO. Officers arrived and contacted the victim. The victim stated that he was robbed at gun point by an unknown suspect. The victim reported that his firearm was stolen during the robbery. The victim said that the suspect then fled in a vehicle. The suspect was not located during an area check. Multiple surveillance cameras captured the incident.
#2023-342087/East Precinct/Third Watch:
At 21:05hrs, numerous witnesses called 911 to report shots fired in the area of East Union Street and 21st Avenue. Patrol responded and found evidence of a shooting in a three-block area on East Union Street, between 18th Avenue and 21st Street Avenue, and a loaded magazine. Police located ballistic damage to multiple parked unoccupied vehicles and residences. There was no reported injuries at the time of the incident. The scene was processed for further evidence.
