#2024-29923/North Precinct/First Watch:
On 2-1-2024, at 11:12hrs, Alternative Response Team officers were assisting Seattle Parks and Recreation Department in the 1100 block Northwest 45th Street. While at the location, a white Subaru drove the wrong way on the bike path through the encampment endangering the public, campers, and city workers. The ART officers ran the vehicle plate and it returned as a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was taken into custody without incident.
