2024-193632/Southwest Precinct/Third Watch:

At 0312 hours, officers responded to a gas station in the 7800 block of Detroit Ave SW for a 911 reported armed robbery. Officers arrived and were advised by the clerk that 4-5 BM/BF teens entered the store wearing masks and approached the counter. Two of the suspects pointed firearms at the clerk, stole cash and grabbed an assortment of Vape products then fled the store. A witness described a yellow vehicle driving from the scene at about the same timeframe as the robbery. An area check proved negative. The incident was screened with the Robbery Unit.

#2024-193995/Southwest Precinct/Third Watch:

At 1349 hours, the victim stated that she accidentally hit the side mirror of the suspect vehicle as she was driving northbound on Harvard Avenue approaching E. Denny Way. She said her passenger side mirror contacted the driver side mirror of the suspect vehicle. She saw no damage and continued driving. The victim stopped at a stoplight and the suspect vehicle pulled up beside her. The male (Suspect) driver began yelling about his side mirror and the victim heard the male (driver) suspect tell the female passenger to get his gun. The victim, fearing for her safety drove through the red signal light. The suspects followed the victim for several minutes and brandished a silver handgun. The victim was able to drive away and heard gun shots before the suspects fled the scene. Police were unable to locate any shell casings at the scene. The victim was not injured during this incident.

#2024-194142/South Precinct/Third Watch:

At 1631 hours, a victim that is legally blind was threatened by a suspect in the 4200 block of South Holden Street. The suspect came to the victim’s home, knocked on the door and refused to leave and made threats. The victim believes the suspect will carry out his threat and believes the threat was made due to his physical disability.  

#2024-194122/Southwest Precinct/Second Watch:

At 1612 hours, 911 Dispatch (CARE) received several calls reporting a shooting at 35 Ave SW / SW Morgan St. Officers arrived in the area and located spent casings in the roadway and sidewalk. Bullet damage was discovered to the adjacent building. KCSO K9 unit was requested to conduct a track. Officers located witnesses and evidence and processed the scene. The K9 track followed the suspect path but ended after several blocks. The call was screened with GVRU.  

#2024-194497/Southwest Precinct/Third Watch:

At 2347 hours, a witness called 911 Dispatch (CARE) to report a vehicle vs pedestrian collision in the 2500 block SW Barton St. Officers arrived in the area and located the victim lying in the roadway with obvious injuries. The witness stated he observed the victim crawling across the roadway when a dark colored sedan struck her and continued without stopping. SFD arrived and treated the victim who was transported to HMC. An area check was conducted with negative results. The incident was screened with TCI and PIO.

#2024-194504/North Precinct/Third Watch:

At 2356 hours, officers were dispatched to a robbery 8700 block Lake City way Northeast. The Victim stated three men entered the store wearing ski masks, one pointed a gun at his head and demanded his wallet. The suspects then proceeded to rob the establishment and fled in a gray car, possibly a Hyundai sedan. The Robbery Unit was notified.

#2024-194462/North Precinct/Third Watch:

At 2309 hours, officers responded to a shooting in the area of N 98th St/Aurora Ave N. Officers located casings on Aurora Ave N from N 98th St to N 96th St. No witnesses/suspects/victims were located. Scene was processed and evidence collected. Screened with GVRU.
