#2024-307519/Southwest Precinct/Third Watch:

At 2314 hours, SW Patrol responded to an unknown call at the gas station in the 8900 block of 14th Ave S. Due to a language barrier information was slow, but the caller originally reported males with guns at the business. Police contacted employees and they reported that 3 suspects wearing masks entered the store and attempted to shoplift beverages. The clerk challenged them before they could leave and one of them pointed a handgun at the clerk. The clerk countered by spraying the suspect with a fragrant body spray. This had little effect, and the suspects fled the scene. The victim believes the suspect is a regular customer. SPD Robbery was notified of this incident.

#2024-307434/Southwest Precinct/Third Watch:

At 2110 hours, 911 received reports of a domestic violence disturbance around 62nd Av SW and Alki Av SW. Upon arriving on scene, I was not able to locate victim and police learned, after calling the victim left the scene for safety concerns. The victim was contacted a short time later and was met at their residence. The victim felt threatened by the suspect and the suspect threated self-harm. Officers established probable cause to arrest the suspect. Patrol officers attempted to contact the suspect several time inside a residence and eventually made contact.  The Sgt was able to talk the suspect into exiting the home and he was taken into custody without incident at approximately 2303 hours. The suspect was arrest for Investigation of Burglary-DV and booked into KCJ.

#2024-307137/West Precinct/Second Watch:

At 1446 hours, officers responded to a report of shots fired near 12th Ave S and Rainier Ave S. Police from West and East arrived in the area and located a scene. Shell casings were recovered, there was no damage to any vehicles or property. An investigation revealed the suspect was arguing with a female then firing shots into the ground. An extensive area search was performed with negative results. The incident was screened with GVRU, patrol processed the scene.

#2024-307182/North Precinct/Second Watch:

At 1615 hours, 911 received reports that a victim was driving in congested traffic on Sandpoint Wy in Seattle when they noticed the suspect vehicle driving erratically and passing the slow traffic in the oncoming lanes. The victim was cut off by the suspect and then honked at them. The suspect vehicle moved in the oncoming traffic lane and let the victim come alongside their vehicle. The suspect then fired rounds at the victim, striking the victim’s vehicle. The suspect then fled the area. Police checked the area with the assistance of KCSO guardian 1 helicopter with no success, in locating the suspect vehicle. multiple shell cases were recovered from the scene and placed into evidence. The victim was not injured during this incident.
