#2024-341022/North Precinct/Third Watch:

At 0348 hours, three suspects entered the 7-11 on NE 50 ST wearing hoodies, face masks and gloves. The 3 suspects held their hands under their shirts implying they had a firearm. The suspects jumped the counter and took the money from the cash register – appx. $200. One of the suspects then smashed the employee’s cell phone before all three fled the store on foot. Containment was set-up and a K-9 track was conducted. The track went cold implying there was a vehicle waiting for the suspects to get into. One glove worn by one of the suspects was located by K-9, recovered, and submitted into evidence.

#2024-341278/East Precinct/First Watch:

At 1040 hours, SFD was responding to audible fire alarm in an apartment building. As they were arriving on scene, they were flagged down by citizen saying that an adult female came out of the building saying she had chemicals thrown in her face by two unknown male subjects while she was in her apartment. SFD discovered victim’s mattress partially on fire in the apartment and extinguished it. Victim had burns to her face, hair and chest area. She appeared to be in crisis and not able to provide any sort of rational account of the incident. Victim was transported to HMC in critical condition. Screened with ABS and Homicide, homicide responding.

#2024-341178/North Precinct/First Watch:

At 0830 hours, a female neighbor of the victim has been repeatedly harassing him and using bias language toward him regarding his race. Today, the female suspect yelled threats to kill the victim along with bias language while stabbing his apartment door with a knife. Officers arrived and photographed pictures of the damage to the victim’s door. The suspect was not located at this time. Bias crime email notifications sent.

#2024-341719/North Precinct/Second Watch:

At 1900 hours, officers were dispatched to assist SFD on a report of a car fire. SFD was able to put out the fire. The vehicle sustained massive damage resulting from the fire. Records revealed the vehicle was stolen. A gas can was found at the scene near the vehicle. SFD Fire Marshal responded to the scene and investigated. The incident was screened through ABS.
