#2025-39455/North Precinct/Third Watch:
At 0156 hours, Tonight, one of our K9s, while off-duty, slipped down a ravine and became stuck in an area he was unable to jump or climb out of. He had slipped just out of the reach of the Air Tag bolted to his collar. With assistance from several members of SWAT, K9 and North PCT – along with much assistance from Snohomish County deputies, our K9 was located uninjured and returned to the safety of his handler.
#2025-39530/North Precinct/First Watch:
At 0530 hours, suspects attempted to remove an ATM from the listed location using a chain and a flatbed. Suspects were unsuccessful and fled in the vehicle before officers arrived. Area check for suspects was unsuccessful. Video is being obtained from bank security. GIU notified.
#2025-39612/South Precinct/First Watch:
At 0812 hours, a vehicle was turning left on a green light and struck a pedestrian in the crosswalk. The pedestrian suffered severe injuries but will survive. Traffic responded and a traffic unit took primary. TCIS was notified; patrol and traffic handled the investigation. A DRE was requested. No DRE was available. Patrol conducted SFST’s but found no signs of impairment.
#2025-39335/East Precinct/Second Watch:
At 1414 hours, Officers responded to a DV Assault call at a local apartment in the area of E Madison St and 16 Av. During the investigation, officers developed probable cause for DV Assault on the suspect. While officers were affecting the mandatory DV arrest. The suspect used her Athlete Foot spray and sprayed two officers and physically kicked one officer. After a brief struggle, officer managed to place the suspect into custody. The suspect was transported to KCJ by AMR for 3 counts of Assault on an officer and requested charges on the DV Assault. No officers were injured, and I screened the incident with 232. A hazard report was completed.
#2025-39915/North Precinct/Second Watch:
At 1358 hours, Officers were dispatched to a robbery at a bank in Boy sector. The victim stated to officers that the suspect entered the bank and approached her desk. He told her that he was armed and demanded money. The suspect also told the victim not to push the panic button at her desk. The suspect and victim walked to the safe, at which point the suspect collected money. Suspect exited the bank northbound on foot. Robbery Unit and Latent prints notified of incident.
#2025-40026/West Precinct/Second Watch:
At 1617 hours, SFD broadcast a ‘help the firefighter’ call in the downtown area. SFD reported that a firefighter had been assaulted and further that the suspect had threatened to shoot the firefighter. As SPD and KCSO Officers arrived in the scene, the suspect attempted to flee the area. The victim firefighter pointed out the suspect to arriving officers, who disobeyed officer commands to stop and continued to attempt escape. Officers were able to grab a hold of the suspect, at which point he began to be actively resistant. Type II force was used the suspect was placed into custody without further incident and booked into KCJ for Investigation of Felony Harassment and Assault in the third degree. 222 notified.
#2025-39852/West Precinct/Second Watch:
At 1235 hours, Officers were dispatched to a trespass at the location. Officers detained several individuals but one provided a false name. The suspect started telling Officers that “no one better touch me”. Suspect stood up and Officers quickly moved in to place him into custody. During the handcuffing, the suspect kicked an Officer. The suspect was taken to the ground resulting in a use of force. As Officers were walking the suspect to the patrol vehicle, he spit blood into an Officer’s face/mouth. After being medically cleared the suspect was booked into KCJ. 222 was notified.
#2025-40117/North Precinct/Second Watch:
At 1831 hours, Officers responded to a robbery in Nora sector. The victim was operating a flower stand at a gas station. The victim stated to officers that a silver sedan pulled up to her stand and the driver began placing flower bouquets in his vehicle. When she confronted them about paying for the flowers the passenger of the vehicle, pointed a gun at her. The victim feared for her safety and disengaged from the suspects. Robbery Unit was notified.
#2025-40111/West Precinct/Second Watch:
At 1800 hours, during a narcotics surveillance operation CRG officers observed a known prolific dealer selling narcotics in Belltown. The dealer was with another suspect in his vehicle. Officers observed one suspect possessing narcotics and the other sell narcotics. Officers were able to safely take the suspects into custody. When arrested one of the suspects was in possession of a firearm. Both suspects were in possession of narcotics. The suspect vehicle was impounded to the VPR pending a warrant. 13.82 grams of suspected crack was recovered along with the firearm. Both suspects were booked into KCJ.
