Seattle police detectives are investigating a death in the Haller Lake neighborhood this morning.
At 7:12 a.m., patrol officers responded to reports of a tent fire with someone inside of it at 135th Street and Stone Avenue North. They located a man inside of a burned tent.
The Seattle Fire Department arrived and pronounced him deceased.
Patrol officers cordoned off the area and detectives with the Arson/Bomb Squad, and the Homicide Unit arrived to process the scene. The King County Medical Examiner took custody of the man’s body.
