#2025-108035/North Precinct/Third Watch/U1:
At 0245 hours, 0246 hours victim went outside of his apartment to scavenge for cigarette buds and loose change in the empty parking lot. While scouring the lot he was contacted by two suspects who he had seen in the area before but does not know. Suspects punched, kicked and attempted to tase the victim before taking his backpack and leaving the area on bikes. Victim suffered minor injuries and declined medical attention. Patrol unsuccessfully attempted to locate the suspects in the area.
