At 1400 hours, officers responded to 2000 block of East Madison to assist DCR with an ITA. The subject refused to exit the unit initially, but soon after exited. The subject refused to be transported to an area hospital. The subject assaulted an officer. The subject was charged with Assault 3, and the officer was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
