#2025-246272/East Precinct/Third Watch/E2:

At 0342 hours, victim was walking down the street and suspect walked up to victim, placed gun in the victim’s back and stole the victim’s backpack. Officers responded to the scene and located 2 of the suspects at 1609 Harvard Av parking garage. The victim’s backpack was recovered but contents of the bag were missing. Both suspects arrested and booked into KCJ. Gun recovered was an airsoft pistol. 2 suspects are still outstanding.

#2025-246432/East Precinct/Second Watch/G2:

At 0855 hours, victim reported leaving house and approached by a unknown male suspect and female suspect near 17 AV S / S Jackson. Suspects pushed victim to ground and took her fanny pack that contained her money. Victim was then kicked in the head. Suspects fled through a nearby alley. The victim was not entirely forthcoming with information and officers processed scene, lifting prints from a vehicle window that one of the suspects fell on while fleeing. SFD treated victim for minor injuries and transported to East Pct to meet with CSOs for resources. Area check with negative results. Screened with Robbery and 211.

#2025-246809/East Precinct/Second Watch/E3:

At 1350 hours, officers responded to a reported robbery in the area of Bellevue Avenue and East Pike Street. Upon arrival, the officers immediately began canvassing the area for the suspect’s vehicle. They made contact with the victim, a male in his mid-30s, who recounted that he had been inside the suspect’s vehicle, which was being driven by a female accomplice. The main suspect, identified only by the name “Hunter,” demanded cash from the victim in a threatening manner. When the victim refused to comply, Hunter became aggressive, striking him on the back of the head with a hard object, which the victim believed could have been a firearm. In a desperate attempt to escape the escalating violence, the victim leaped out of the moving vehicle at the intersection of Bellevue Avenue and East Pike Street, sustaining various injuries as he fell to the ground. SFD and AMR arrived swiftly and transported him to a nearby hospital for treatment of his injuries, which were determined to be non-life-threatening.

#2025-246855/North Precinct/Second Watch/N1:

At 1434 hours, after being on the lamb from the Maleng Regional Justice Center on 7/26/2025 for exactly one-month North Precinct officers saw the suspect standing on the sidewalk at (141/Linen Ave N) they stopped and detained him, he initially gave a false name but they were able to positively identify him as – Noel D STEPNEY – No Bail – Nationwide Bench Warrant – Serial Rapist and arrested him without incident and was booked *BACK* into the King County Jail. 2025-246855 OCN: 2020-71287.

#2025-247041/North Precinct/Second Watch/B2:

At 1719 hours, the Caller/Victim was approached by the suspect unprovoked and started yelling “Go back to your Country;” the victim is eastern Indian. The suspect walked away and then re-approached he then ripped the gold chain off of the victim’s neck, breaking it. The suspect then produced a pocketknife, unfolded the knife and lunged towards the victim. The victim felt fearful of being stabbed. The suspect was detained after a brief foot pursuit. He was booked in for his warrant (Harassment), and for Robbery 1 and Hate crime.

#2025-247101/North Precinct/Second Watch/U2:

At 1814 hours, the suspect violated a DV-NCO and feloniously assaulted the victim. The victim fled the apartment and called 911 while the suspect barricaded in the apartment. Responding officers secured the victim, established a perimeter, evacuated adjoining apartments, and began attempting to establish dialogue. Negotiator-1 responded and took over communications with the suspect, who was convinced to surrender peacefully. The victim was handed off to CSO’s and the suspect was booked into KCJ for felony assault and felony DVNCO violation.

#2025-247389/South Precinct/Third Watch/R3:

At 2130 hours, a call came into 911 reporting an armed carjacking. The victim was in Kent at the time of the call. According to the elderly victim, he had been accosted by 2 B/M who had most of their faces covered. This was in the 4600 BLK of M L King Jr Wy S at about 2130 HRS. They were both armed with handguns and demanded his valuables to include the car he was parking, which was a company car for the victim’s job. Since the victim had only been moving his work car, he did not have his wallet with him. The suspects forced him to remain in the car while they drove him around attempting to get him to access the banking apps he had on his cell phone. None of this was successful. The suspects eventually released the victim in the Kent area but kept the victim’s phone, keys and work car. The victim then walked about a mile to a location where he could use someone’s phone to call police.
