#2025-252143/West Precinct/Third Watch/K2:
At 0313 hours, Officers were dispatched to a reported armed robbery in the nightlife corridor shortly after bar closing. Two armed suspects approached our victim; one pistol whipped the victim in the face. The suspects stole the victim’s phone, wallet and a chain from around his neck. Officers tracked the phone to a nearby alley where it had been dumped. The suspects wore black ski masks, and their vehicle was described as a newer model gray sedan. An area check was negative.
#2025-252037/East Precinct/Third Watch/E2:
At 0034 hours, suspect was kicking a patrol vehicle that was parked in front of the East Precinct. Officers confronted the suspect and established the suspect met criteria for ITA. AMR was called for transport and suspect spit on AMR staff and then turned and spit on the officer. Suspect advised they were now under arrest for Assault 3 and booked into KCJ.
#2025-252190/North Precinct/First Watch/N2:
At 0500 hours, an SPD employee reported that their personal vehicle had been broken into outside of the North Precinct. The only item stolen was a department-issued cloth badge, which is embroidered with the employee’s serial number. The incident is under investigation.
#2025-252634/North Precinct/Second Watch/N3:
At 1552 hours, officers were dispatched to a disturbance in Nora sector. When arriving to the scene the victim and suspect were still actively fighting. Officers attempted to separate both parties. As one officer was ordering the suspect to move back, the suspect elbowed the officer in the chest and then swung his hands at the officer. The officer had to step back to avoid being struck. A taser was deployed but was ineffective. Eventually the officers were able to take the suspect into custody. The victim later informed officers that the suspect entered his closed business and began to damage property. The suspect then slapped the victim in the face. While waiting for an AMR, the suspect spat on a different officer. The suspect was medically declined from the King County Jail. He is currently at HMC with a hospital guard and will be booked for Burglary and two counts of Assault 3.
#2025-252760/East Precinct/Second Watch/E1:
At 1830 hours, patrol responded to an attempted carjacking in the 1800 BLK of Broadway. The victim reported two males approached him with AR style firearms pointing them at him and his head as they demanded him for his vehicle keys. He quickly dropped the keys and ran from the location to safety. The victim was unloading items from a black Mercedes, but the vehicle keys were for another vehicle. It appears the suspects once realizing the keys were not for the Mercedes took off southbound on Broadway in a red SUV. The red SUV possibly was a recently stolen Kia SUV (2025-252498). The victim was not injured, and an area check for the suspects yielded negative results. Suspects were described teens wearing ski masks. Suspects and vehicle also possibly related to an auto theft (2025-252777).
#2025-253021/Southwest Precinct/Third Watch/W1:
At 2329 hours, Officers responded to a shots call located at 59 Ave SW/Alki Ave SW. Officers located one shell casing. Officers didn’t locate any additional evidence.
#2025-252107/South Precinct/Third Watch/R3:
At 0215 hours, Multiple callers reported hearing shots in the area. Officers arrived and located multiple shell casings in the roadway. Officers photographed, collected, and submitted them into evidence. Resident contacted officers. Stated he heard shots and saw unknown vehicle leaving area. No property damage located. No victim of GSW located.
