#2025-264556/West Precinct/Second Watch/M3:

At 1930 hours, a local church group held a vigil in Westlake Park for Charlie Kirk. 212, POET, West Patrol (2nd and 3rd Watches), and night SWAT monitored the event. Two arrests were made for assault, and two other disturbances were managed by on scene resources. Officers remained on scene until the group dispersed.

#2025-264784/Southwest Precinct/ Third Watch/W1:

At 2328 hours, radio broadcast a call of nine shots in the area of Don Armeni Park. More calls came in of shots into an apartment building in the area. Officers arrived in the area and immediately located apartment window with shots through them. They gained access to the building to check for gunshot victims which there were none. As other officers arrived, they spoke with witnesses on the street who stated there was an argument in the park between a male and female. Witnesses stated that someone from the apartments yelled at the two arguing and the male turned and fired shots at the apartment building hitting the six windows. Officers spoke with the subjects inside the apartments with broken windows and none of them said that they yelled at the people in the park. Witnesses all said immediately after the shots a vehicle sped away from the scene. A few subjects were able to get video of parts of the incident. SFD responded to attempt to secure the windows and the manager of the building was contacted for repair.

#2025-263277/West Precinct/First Watch/M3:

At 0600 hours, the incident occurred at a Hertz Car Rental, Seattle WA. While walking around the parking lot in the early morning hours, an employee found the suspect sleeping inside a rental car. The car was unlocked and not running (no keys). The employee yelled at the suspect to leave. The suspect pulled out a handgun, pointed at the employee, and demanded the vehicle key. The victim complied and handed over the car key. The suspect drove away NB on 8 Av. The stolen vehicle was described as a blue 2025 Jeep Compass. No one at the car rental company can provide the vehicle information, such as the license plate or VIN, at the time. The suspect was described as a BM 5’9, 30-39, heavy build.
