#2025-266704/Southwest Precinct/Second Watch/W3:
At 1522 hours, officers were dispatched to a hit and run collision in the SW precinct. Updates came over radio that the suspect was fleeing on foot, but witnesses were providing updates of the suspect’s location. When officers arrived on scene, it was determined that the suspect was driving erratically and trying to run over pedestrians. An off-duty SPD officer witnessed the attempted assaults and Type II force was used by that officer to stop the suspect. Patrol immediately began an area check and was able to locate the suspect. He was taken into custody and booked into KCJ for investigation of Assault.
#2025-266692/North Precinct/Second Watch/L2:
At 1522 hours, a school in North Seattle received a call from an unknown individual stating that they were enroute to the school to “shoot up the school” and gave a short timeline as to when this would transpire. Patrol resources responded and the school went into lockdown. SPD Intel was contacted. Upon further investigation and assessment of threat, the school came out of lockdown and released the students for the day. SPD patrol remained in the area to provide security. SPD Intel will be conducting follow up.
#2025-267050/South Precinct/Third Watch/R1:
At 2121 hours, Officers responded to a robbery near the 1400 block of S Plum St. Victims were approached by 6 suspects. One of the suspects pulled a pistol out and demanded the victims handed over all of their belongings. The suspects then fled on Lime scooters and a Lime bike. Officers located the 2 cell phones that were taken a few blocks away. Officers located video surveillance of the suspects smashing the cell phone and then getting into two separate vehicles and fleeing the area. The phones were photographed and fingerprinted. This incident was screened with Robbery.
