Seattle police are searching for a hit and run driver who struck and injured a bicyclist on Capitol Hill last night.
On Oct. 1, at 8:25 p.m., patrol officers responded to a collision involving a bicyclist near Broadway and East Pine Street. Officers and the Seattle Fire Department (SFD) found a 30-year-old woman on the roadway with a leg injury.
Firefighters provided medical aid to the victim. She was taken by ambulance to Harborview Medical Center in serious, but stable condition.
Police determined that a vehicle struck the victim while she was riding a Lime bike southbound on Broadway. The driver left the area without helping the victim or calling 911.
