At 1638 hours, officers responded to an assault call at the intersection of Summit Avenue and Seneca Street, which took place inside a King County Metro Bus. The victim reported that an unknown male suspect approached him on the bus and forcefully stabbed his arm. The suspect then exited the bus and fled northbound on foot. SPD Officers assisted the King County Sheriff’s Department in searching for the suspect but were unsuccessful. Since the victim’s injury was not severe, the King County Sheriff’s Department assumed primary responsibility for the incident. Metro units were unable to access the security camera on the bus, so no photo of the suspect at this time.
#2025-313873/West Precinct/Second Watch/D1:
At 1900 hours, officers arrested a man with three felony Narcotics warrants in Belltown after contacting him for smoking Crack. He was released from jail this morning, 10/26, with Electronic Home Monitoring conditions and a GPS monitor. He immediately took action to defeat the monitor, causing KCJ to list him as escaped. About 10 hours later, officers on proactive patrol located him smoking crack in a Belltown park. They arrested him and re-booked him into KCJ.
