#2025-336217/East Precinct/Second Watch/G1:

At 0453 hours, officers responded to a report of a loud disturbance and possible shots fired in the area of 10th Avenue and East Terrace Street inside an apartment building. The caller initially believed that a potential victim had entered a specific apartment unit. Officers conducted a community caretaking intervention and entered the unit but found no one inside and no evidence of injuries. The officers continued to search the area thoroughly but were unable to locate anything related to the disturbance. Later, they returned to the scene for a follow-up and made contact with a male and female who had returned to the specific unit. Both individuals were uncooperative and stated that there had been no shooting, only a verbal argument. The male subject had a felony warrant and was subsequently booked into the county jail for that warrant. An officer did find a shell casing in the hallway, no damage was reported. I screened the incident with Officer 241.

At 1447 hours, victim was approached by a mother and son asking to use the victim’s phone. Victim declined as they were in a hurry to get somewhere. Then on 11/12/2025 victim was approached by the son, and he told her that it was fucked up that he didn’t help his mom the previous week. The victim tried to explain to the suspect the reasoning for not helping the mom out. The suspect told the victim, “You’re not a woman you’re still a man, I’ll beat your ass,” and “I’ll kill you.” The suspect’s fists were balled up, and the victim believed the suspect would make good on the threat of bodily harm. Victim explained to the suspect that they had all the surgeries and were a woman and that the suspect would catch a charge if he hit her. The suspect told the victim that he respected the surgery but not her and called her a “Bitch.” Victim does not know the suspects name or where the suspect resides. Incident was screened with 233.
