#2025-352686/Southwest Precinct/First Watch/W2:

At 0411 hours, Officers responded to the 4400 Blk of 35 AV SW for a 911 call regarding a robbery. Upon arrival, Officers located the victim and the suspect. The victim advised she was robbed and assaulted by suspect inside the suspect’s apartment. The victim is an escort and made a house call to the suspect’s apartment, where she’d been once before. The victim said that the suspect wanted additional services outside of their agreement, and she was unwilling to provide them unless he paid for it. When the victim refused to provide services outside of what was agreed upon and paid for, he attempted to take back the money he had already paid her by physical force. The victim threw some of the money the suspect was after and then was able to flee the apartment and call police. The suspect was booked into KCJ without incident.

#2025-353037/East Precinct/Second Watch:

At 1631 hours, a call came out at Harborview Medical Center. Hospital staff called on behalf of a 60-year-old female who had been severely beaten by her adult son early Sunday morning. The victim’s son was infatuated with a Chinese Tik-Tok star and became irate when the victim told him she would no longer give him money to send to the TikTok star in China. The son fractured multiple of his mother’s ribs; caused her intestinal bleeding; and strangled her until she was unconscious. The victim was eventually able to drive herself to HMC before passing out. Officers checked the suspect’s apartment, and the suspect was not home; the son likely fled to China in a further attempt to meet the Tik-Tok star. Incident screened with DV Unit and 242 LT. notified.

#2025-353349/East Precinct/Second Watch/G3:

At 1955 hours, hours officers responded to a pedestrian hit and run call. The victim reported that a known female suspect intentionally tried to run the victim over in her large Sprinter van after the two were in a verbal argument. The victim was able to jump out of the way for the most part and sustained minor injuries to her arm. The victim was medically cleared on scene by SFD. Officers located the suspect driver parked nearby and arrested her for Assault 2.

#2025-353539/North Precinct/Third Watch/L3:

At 2120 hours, a B/M approximately 5’8 wearing a bandana over his face, light plaid flannel, and jeans, entered a local gas station demanding money. The suspect walked to the back of the store where a customer was shopping and demanded the keys to his vehicle. The customer declined and the suspect pulled a gun from his coat pocket. The customer gave the keys to his vehicle and the bag that he had on him. The suspect went back to the register and had the clerk put the money into the bag that was stolen from the customer. The suspect fled in the customer’s vehicle, an orange Jeep, driven North bound on Lake City Way NE.

#2025-353498/Southwest Precinct/Third Watch:

At 2036 hours, officers responded to a shooting call located at the 8400 BLK of 18 Ave SW. Officers arrived and contacted a victim. The victim was inside her house, and a bullet came through her window in the living room. Officers collected the bullet fragment. Officers checked the nearby area and located shell casings from the 8100 BLK of 18 Ave SW. Officers also located video evidence of the incident. GVRU was notified about the incident.
