At 2141 hours, victim was walking to hospital for medical care when they were approached by the suspect with a small knife out and pointed at the victim. Suspect demanded the victims wallet. Victim believed they were going to be assaulted so the suspect was given the wallet. Suspect then fled on foot. Area check was negative for suspect.
