At 0900 hours, officers were dispatched to the 220 blk of Yale AV N for a suspect shooting a handgun out of a vehicle window. Suspect was last seen fleeing north from location. Officers were unable to locate suspect vehicle in the area. No reports of injuries or property damaged. Per video footage, suspect may have been firing a revolver; no FCCs were located as the scene. 212 was advised of the incident.

At 2154 hours, officers were dispatched to a person in crisis in the 100 block of Boren Ave S. Officers contacted an intoxicated male who was suicidal. The man was in possession of a handgun. As a matter of community caretaking and in anticipation of seeking an Extreme Risk Protection Order, officers seized the handgun and placed it in safekeeping. The man was transported to a crisis care facility for treatment.
