At 1415 hours, patrol units of the West Precinct responded to a robbery at the US Bank in the 500 block of Bell St. During the robbery, an unknown white male covered in blood entered the bank and began demanding money. The suspect demanded money threatening bodily harm should the teller refuse. The suspect absconded with the money, fleeing westbound. By the time officers arrived, the suspect was GOA. An area check was conducted by West Units following the incident. The suspect is still outstanding at this time. A photo has been sent city wide for the suspect. Farwell. The incident was screened by robbery.

At 1341 hours, Offices responded to a report of a fight disturbance and threats with a knife. Officers developed probable cause for felony harassment, misdemeanor assault, and Hate Crime Offense based on race and national origin. Officers determined that the suspect was in their apartment. While containing the unit, a search warrant was obtained. Officers executed the search warrant and arrested the suspect without incident. The suspect was later booked into KCJ. 242 and HNT on scene. SWAT was screened. A Bias Crime alert email has been sent.
