Seattle police arrested a 47-year-old man after he fired a pellet gun at an apartment building and injured a man early Thursday morning.
At about 12:40 a.m., patrol officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 2100 block of 3rd Avenue. There officers found a 44-year-old man shot in the thigh saw damage to the front window of the building.
The victim pointed out the suspect to officers as he was getting back into his vehicle. Police removed him from his car and detained him for questioning. Officers recovered the large realistic looking gun.
Police arrested and booked the suspect, a previously convicted felon, into the King County Jail for:
- Assault
- Reckless Endangerment
- Property Damage
- Aiming/Discharging a Firearm
