#2026-021764/East Precinct/First Watch/E3

At 0211 hours, suspect and victim apparently knew each other and lived (on different floors) in the same apartment building. Suspect stabbed victim multiple times. Victim was transported to the hospital by AMR with non-life threating injuries. Victim provided very little information on his acquaintance (the Suspect) and would not give pertinent information of the incident, other than to say that he was stabbed. Suspect was not located.

#2026-022824/West Precinct/First Watch/D1

At 0904 hours, at 1st Avenue and Wall Street. Officer received an ALPR stolen hit from a park vehicle (obscured windows). The car appeared unoccupied and the so the Officer proceeded to check the VIN. Two people were sleeping in the front seats of the car. The vehicle license plate and the VIN did not match, and it was later determined that both were stolen. The Officer placed two terminators under the vehicle and attempted to hail the occupants out of the car. The driver woke up and drove away, flattening both driver-side tires and the rear passenger tire. Both suspects then jumped out of the car and ran away. The vehicle rolled back and crashed into an unoccupied park vehicle. Police were unable to locate either suspect. Officers processed the scene and recovered the stolen vehicle. No injury reported.  

#2026-023322/Southwest Precinct/Third Watch/F3

At 1940 hours, officers responded to multiple calls of shots heard near 8800 8 Ave SW. Officers conducted an area check and located a scene inside of the south parking lot of Westcrest Park. The parking lot and park were empty; no suspects or victims were located on scene and officers conducted a thorough search of the surrounding area. Evidence was recovered from the parking lot. The only damage was a temporary notice of planned construction sign. GVRU was notified via email.
