#2026-72326/Southwest Precinct/First Watch/W1:
At 0801 hours, while routine patrol, an Officer got an ALPR hit on a parked vehicle that had a Silver Alert attached to it. He found the vehicle unoccupied but noted that the engine was still warm. Noting that the subject would be close, other units responded for an area check. Officers found the subject about a block away. They were in good health. The family of the subject was contacted and Officers stood by with them until family picked up the subject.
#2026-72520/East Precinct/Second Watch/E3:
At 1154 hours, officers responded to a trespassing call at a local hospital located near Marion Street and Broadway. Upon arrival, officers contacted the suspect and requested that he leave the premises. The suspect refused and lunged at one of the officers, grabbing his vest. The officer quickly reacted and placed the suspect in custody. The officer did not need any medical treatment. The suspect was subsequently booked into the King County Jail for third-degree assault.
#2026-72789/Wast Precinct/Second Watch/E1:
At 1634 hours, officers responded to an assault call after multiple callers reported that a victim had been stabbed in the area of Broadway and East Denny Way. Officers arrived quickly, located the victim, and provided medical assistance until the Seattle Fire Department arrived. The dispatcher broadcasted the suspect’s description, indicating that the individual had walked toward Broadway and East Pine. The suspect was later detained and positively identified by a witness during a field show-up. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to King County Jail for first-degree assault. The victim was transported to Harborview Medical Center by the Seattle Fire Department with non-life-threatening injuries.
#2026-72645/Nrth Precinct/Second Watch/J2:
At 1345 hours, 911 dispatch received a call reporting a female was being forced into a sexual situation without consent. Officers responded to the basement unit of the apartment complex. After speaking with the RP and listening outside of the apartment door, PC was established for Promoting Prostitution. Officers developed a plan, using contact team, shield and K-9 responded. Upon initial contact the victim (whose apartment it was) exited the apartment. The two suspects remained inside and refused to exit. With permission from the victim the team unlocked the door, called the suspects out of the apartment. Both were taken into custody without further incident.
#2026-73024/Southwest Precinct/Third Watch/F3:
At 2138 hours, SW Patrol responded to the parking lot of West crest park to a report of shots heard. Responding Officers located the scene in the southern parking lot and processed it for evidence. FCCs were recovered and submitted to SPD Evidence. No victims of injury or property damage were located, and no one actually saw the incident occur. GVRU was notified.
#2026-72740/North Precinct/Second Watch/B3:
At 1520 hours, Landscapers were working at apartment building and had their equipment in the under-apartment garage, storing it there as the worked around the building. Suspect drove into the garage, took a backpack-style leaf blower and placed it in their get-away vehicle. One of the landscapers confronted the suspect, who then pulled out a small, black, semi-automatic handgun and pointed it at the landscaper. The suspect vehicle then left the scene. No shots were fired, and no injuries were reported.
