At 1315 hours, officers and a K9 unit responded to a 911 report of shots being fired at a bus stop near Delridge Way SW / SW Henderson St (ref 26-157618). Witnesses eventually came forth and indicated the subject was at a bus stop while ranting about something being stolen from him and what he was going to do if he found that person. The suspect then fired two shots into the air. The suspect fled the area. Officers conducted an area check with negative results. The description of the suspect and what he was ranting about matched an earlier call at a local sporting goods store where the suspect made similar statements while purchasing ammunition. (ref 26-157563). No victims or property damage were found on either call. Neighbors of the suspect called 911 at 1730hrs to report additional shots fired involving the same suspect. Officers observed the suspect walking into the area and took him into custody. Evidence was located on his person, but the firearm is still outstanding. The suspect was booked into KCJ.
#2026-157499/East Precinct/Second Watch/C1
At 1145 hours, staff at a boarding home reported that they had confiscated ‘Molotov Cocktails” from a resident that had a history of weapons possession. Officers responded and were able to take the subject into custody without incident. ABS responded for evidence collection and to test the devices for flammability. A search warrant was prepared for the subject’s residence. The subject was later booked into KCJ.

At 1700 hours, SPD Internet Crimes Against Children unit investigated that led to CRG serving a warrant at a South Precinct Residence. Though thorough investigation, search, and forensic examination, one of the adult residences in the house was taken into custody for possession and distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). The suspect was interviewed at the scene, and he admitted to distributing the CSAM. CSAM was also located on his cell phone. Suspect was booked into King County Jail.
